Gulab Jaman

The all-time Asian favourite, Gulab Jamun’s are succulent dough balls made from a special blend of milk and flour, fried in pure clarified butter resulting in delectably scrumptious texture. They are then smothered to perfection with a dip in some lightly spiced sweet and aromatic syrup. Best enjoyed warm with vanilla ice-cream.
